Return Process

  Log into your CherryTree account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and components to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
